Best Way To Get A Job

What is the best way to Get A Job In a restaurant as a waitress/hostess and?
what restaurants will hire with no experience?
Please tell me the best way to go about getting a job there and which ones have hired newbies…
Also, is it really hard to learn to waitress and stuff? I’ve never worked in a restaurant and am trying to find a second job,
go for a hostess job first. anybody can greet and seat. you’ll have to work the till. you’ll have to help the wait staff. sometimes you will bus tables and get them set up. sometimes you will go around and serve some beverages. if you show any interest or willingness to work they will try to work you to death. eventually you’ll kill a waitress and take her spot (or she’ll just leave), and you are in.
seriously.
